RECORDS FEE SCHEDULE
(effective 2/1/2010)

 ALL FEES LISTED BELOW MUST BE PAID IN FULL
PRIOR TO BEING SENT BY MAIL OR FACSIMILE - NO EXCEPTIONS

 

I.  INCIDENT (INVESTIGATION) REPORTS:
(Picked up at Records window at East Windsor Police Headquarters) 

Pages 1 (one) to 10 (ten)                                 $0.75 per page;
Pages 11 (eleven) to 20 (twenty)                   $0.50 per page;
Pages 21 (twenty-one) or greater                 $0.25 per page.

 

II.  INCIDENT (INVESTIGATION) REPORTS:
(Requested by mail or facsimile)

Additional fee of $5.00 (Regardless of number of pages)

 

III.  ACCIDENT REPORTS:
(Picked up at Records window at East Windsor Police Headquarters) 

Pages 1 (one) to 10 (ten)                               $0.75 per page;
Pages 11 (eleven) to 20 (twenty)                 $0.50 per page;
Pages 21 (twenty-one) or greater                $0.25 per page.

 

IV.  ACCIDENT REPORTS:
(Requested by mail or facsimile)  

Set fee of $5.00 for the first three pages and $1.00 for each additional page as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-131.

 

V.  DISCOVERY Requests from Attorneys/Defendants

All requests for discovery in matters pending in the East Windsor Municipal Court shall be submitted through the Municipal Prosecutor.

All reports will be compiled and you will be contacted for the cost associated with such a request (all fees posted above will apply).

 

VI. PERSONAL RECORDS CHECK:

*In-Car Camera/DWI Tapes may be reviewed, no charge, at EWPD by appointment with Traffic Sergeant 609-448-5678 ext 232).

Reports may be picked up Monday through Friday between the hours 8:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m.  However, requests to pick up reports after hours and weekends will be granted only when prior arrangements have been made with records personnel.

NOTE; NO DISCOVERY WILL BE PROVIDED ON DAY OF COURT APPEARANCE.
